Ramy Abdelfattah, MD is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine. He is currently a hospitalist, physician advisor, and medical director at Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN. Ramy graduated from the School of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. He completed a Cardiovascular Research Fellowship at Stanford University, CA. He completed his internal medicine residency at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Des Moines School of Medicine and Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Ramy’s areas of professional interest include healthcare transformation through safety and quality improvement. Ramy is serving as a physician champion in several quality and safety improvement projects and committees at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety at Harvard University.
